金融业客户服务文员 (营运部)

职位描述：

1. 下载客户信息数据并进行校对及分类

2. 协调及支持部门的日常行政工作，例如打印及记录客户数据

3. 准备部门各类型统计报告，例如员工工作量及质量统计报告，考勤统计报告

4. 协助上级临时交办的其他工作

工作时间：周一至周五, 13:00-22:00

因本职位需要轮班工作，特设轮班津贴

申请要求：

1. 大专或大学本科，英文专业优先考虑

2. 通过国家英语4级考试

3. 良好的英文读写能力，所有的工作必须以英文完成

4. 至少1年办公室文书工作经验

5. 成熟，细心，灵活及适应力强

6. 能独立处理工作，善于分配及管理工作时间

7. 熟练操作英文界面的电脑及中英文打字 - 速度能达每分钟30字或以上

8. 熟练操作Word，Excel和PowerPoint，PDF等办公软件

The company has been focusing on providing professional economic & business consulting services to its affiliated company's website Dailyfx.com.hk. Due to our rapid expansion into the China market, we are inviting candidates who wish to launch a career in the financial industry to join our fast-growing company.

Financial Client Services Administrator, Operations Team

Key Responsibilities:

1. Download, proof-read and classify client’s data

2. Coordinate and support Operations department’s daily administrative tasks, such as client’s data generation and recording

3. Prepare various department statistical reports, such as employee’s work quantity and quality, attendance, etc

4. Assist supervisor with assigned tasks and ad-hoc projects

Working hour: Mondays – Fridays, 1pm – 10pm

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder, major in English is an advantage

2. English requirement - passed on CET 4 examination

3. Good English writing and reading skills, must be able to complete all tasks in English

4. At least 1 year of office working experience

5. Mature, attention to detail, flexible and strong adaptive

6. Independent and good time allocation & management skills

7. Proficient in English computer window and Chinese & English word-processing – At least 30 wpm is a must

8. Proficient in MS office software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF
