IT技术支持/维护

主要职责:

1. 向IT经理汇报
2. 为员工提供一般技术支持，如日常桌面 / 笔记本电脑 / 智能手机 / 电话
3. 计算机硬件和软件安装，支持和维护; 如微软Outlook & Office
4. 视听系统支持及维护 - 投影机，电视机，视频会议设备
5. 管理硬件和软件库存
6. 协助部门完成各项目，如伺服器和/或网络设备的设置
7. 为本地和驻外地员工提供技术支持

申请要求:

1. 大专或大学本科，计算机相关专业毕业
2. 通过国家英语4级考试
3. 1年相关工作经验
4. 必须具有Windows XP / Vista 7/ MS Office应用程序处理经验
5. 如有VMware / Cisco LAN switch products / Digital Signage System相关知识，优先考虑
6. 具责任心和积极进取
7. 主动及重视结果
8. 良好个人沟通技巧，能与公司各级同事合作 和沟通
9. 良好英语读写能力，能操广东话，优先考虑
10. 能根据公司工作需要，轮班工作，包括晚班或通宵班工作

Due to our rapid expansion into the China market, we are inviting candidates who wish to launch a career in the financial industry to join our fast-growing company.

IT Support

Key Responsibilities:

1. Report to the IT Manager
2. End user support for all IT related issues, such as desktops / notebook / Blackberries / phones
3. Hardware & software installation, support and maintenance; such as Microsoft Outlook & Office
4. AV systems support – projectors, TVs, video conference devices
5. Maintain hardware and software inventory
6. Assist in various IT related projects, such as server and / or network equipment setup
7. Provide technical support to local and remote end-users

Ideal Candidate Should Be:

1. Higher Diploma in IT or related discipline
2. English requirement - passed on CET 4 examination
3. 1 year relevant experiences is a must
4. Experience with Windows XP/Vista/7 and MS Office application Suite
5. Knowledge in VMware/ Cisco LAN switch products / Digital Signage System is an advantage
6. Good sense of responsibilities and self motivation
7. Pro-active and result oriented team player
8. Good interpersonal skills and can work with users at all levels of the organization
9. Good in English. Able to speak Cantonese is an advantage
10. Able to work on overnight shift, after hours when requested
