The Company
French Luxury brand of Pastries which has a strong development in China.
The Company is looking for a Tea-Room and Store Manager for his point of Sales in Beijing.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage a team of 10 people, working in the restaurant and the Pastries’ store.
Ensure that the day-to-day operations are well managed:
- Report to the operation manager and the head office
- Manage the daily sales performances and report to the operation manager and the head office every day about those performances
- Ensure that the Pastries’ Store and the Restaurant respects the company’s policies;
- Ensure adequate staffin; Manage, coach, counsel and train employees on a daily basis (about the policies, sales, behavior…) and report to the Operation manager and the HR department for all HR issues
- Ensure that employees and staff receive fair and safe working conditions;
- Provide superior customer service;
- Maintain store facilities;
- Deal with all similar duties pertaining to the management of a retail store and a Tea-Room.

Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in China, in restaurant, food and beverage
- Experience in luxury industry is a big plus
- Languages: Fluent Chinese -English (French would be a plus)
- Good managerial and communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast environment
