POSITION PURPOSE

Responsibility:
· Build and consolidate the KPMG brand through graphic designing internal marketing and communications materials

Task List:
· Assist with formatting marketing materials such as thought leadership publications, brochures, event materials, proposals and presentation materials, advertisements and brand identity collateral
· Support the design team in typesetting and creating graphics and charts, liaise with internal clients on projects as necessary
· Convert between various file formats
· Provide templates (e.g. proposal, factsheet, presentation) and user guidance to internal departments
· Share and exchange knowledge with other team members
· Raise design issues and concerns to the Design Managers and refer to the ‘Brand Central’ website accordingly
· Handle special projects as assigned

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

1. Experience required to perform the role:
? Fresh graduates or one to two years’ related work experiences in Graphic Design

2. Professional qualifications:
? Degree or Diploma in Visual Design, or equivalent qualifications from recognised institutions

3. Technical skills & know-how:
· High proficiency in current graphic design practices, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In-Design, and Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Professional
· Basic knowledge of software programmes such as Word and PowerPoint; Chinese Word Processing
· Knowledge of corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in both print and digital media
· Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese

· 协助宣传材料的格式设计，如毕马威刊物、小册子、活动宣传资料、计划书、演示材料、宣传广告和多媒体品牌推广材料

· 向设计经理提出设计事项和问题，并在 ‘Brand Central’ 网站反映

经验、技能和知识

1. 本职位所需经验：
· 平面设计应届毕业生或具有1至2年相关工作经验

· 大专或本科学历，平面设计或相关专业

3. 专业技能：
· 能熟练使用通行的平面设计软件，例如Adobe Photoshop、Adobe In-Design、Illustrator、Adobe Acrobat Professional
· 熟悉日常办公软件的操作，如Word、PowerPoint和中文文书处理
· 了解纸媒和数字传媒的品牌推广，有良好的排版美工基础和设计审美品位
