职位描述
1. Accountabilities
BSC Initiatives/projects management
- Initializing and planning projects, developing project cost structure, tracking and reporting project deliverables, managing risk, applying project management processes and tools and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction
- Facilitating effective communication and working relationships within the transition team, other MP, Client team, and 3rd party suppliers/interfaces
- Identifying and planning for dependencies of deliverables with other project teams
- Managing the cost effective delivery of the scope as defined in the transition's project schedule and budget
- Leading the tracking and creation of the action plan for the identified risks, issues and gaps of the project
- Scheduling and delivering status reports, internal risk management procedures, change management procedures, issue management procedures, problem management procedures and quality management procedures
- Conduct audits to ensure the transition team members are delivering their scope within business controls
- Leading the development of the End to End Transition solution through each step of the process
- Developing the transition strategy, knowledge transfer approach, timeline, and costing based on client requirements and F&A transition standard methodologies.
- Documenting the transition solution within the proposal response document that is delivered to the client
- Developing and delivering formal client presentations
2.Qualifications and Technical competencies required
Education
- Minimum University Degree
- Accounting Designation
- MBA would be beneficial
Experience
- 3 - 5 years management experience is must
- 5 - 8 years experience in Finance background
- Experience in change management would be beneficial
Technical competencies: (Job related)
- Strong Transition Experience in Finance and Accounting process
- Good business acumen with ability to synthesise creative solutions and consulting capability
- Skills for streamlined & integrated organization
- Very good knowledge of Account to Report processes
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong communication presentation skills - verbal and written with English and Mandarin
- Strong thinking and problem solving skills,
- Service oriented mindset and Displays strong ownership
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with key customers and business contacts
- Excellent leadership and Project Management skills
- Result oriented leadership/Highly capable in building teams
- Able to use Project Process Management tools like MS Project MS Visio
- Understanding and alignment to SAP, 5S,workflow,
