ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

An international company providing Technology Consulting service
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Managing Director and Finance Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Work closely with the management team, organize the recruitment activities according to company needs
+ Manage the C&B issues, handle salary negotiation with employees
+ Understand the position requirement, define and set up job description, conduct candidate search via practical channels
+ Conduct interviews with candidates, as well as arrangement of further interview with Hiring manager
+ Constantly communicate with Business Manager to get the feedback of the hired talents, and to better understand the coming hiring demand
+ Develop practical recruitment source, analyze the recruitment demand and develop the plan accordingly
+ Be responsible for the coordination of HR related work
+ Implement the task assigned by the management
Requirements:
+ Bachelor in HR or related field
+ 5 years working experience in HR or recruitment function
+ Solid experience and skill of recruitment for professionals
+ Staffing experience in technical company is preferred
+ Demonstrated capability in candidate search, candidate assessment and interviews and C&B issues
+ Good communication, be able to handle the detail work
+ Good coordination skill, be able to calm down people
+ Fluent English and Mandarin
+ Energetic, willing to discuss the problems when there is difficulty
