ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
An European leading manufacturer for the lighting, sensor and visualization sectors
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Development of new product of LED luminaire
+ Support the development of technology platform, materials
+ Support the industrialization process of LED luminaries
+ Responsible/coordinate the details of product design, like the mechanical construction, optical and thermal simulation and design. Cooperation with OEMs, partners for product development and introduction
+ Monitor the product development process. Ensure project time scheduling
Requirements:
+ University education in Mechanical design or Optical field
+ Master degree is preferred
+ 5 years practical experience in mechanical, thermal, optical or driver design for LED luminaries or similar product
+ Understanding on the relevant standards and regulations (IEC, UL, FCC, CE, UL and ROHS requirements)
+ Mechanical design, Solid Works
+ Preferred technical skills: Optical design, Lighttools, Thermal analysis, EFD, COMOS
+ Be able to coordinate and trace the status of tasks that done by different functions
+ Good collaboration with marketing teams from APAC and EU
+ Work experience at international companies is preferred
+ Fluent English and Chinese Mandarin
