This position belongs to one factory of CEGASA China,which is located at Fuyong Town,Baoan District.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Provide leadership and direction to the manufacturing team.
2. Set up monthly, yearly production plan and target, and fulfill them.
3. Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing operations which ensure the most efficient operation. Adjust production plan based on delivery forecast plan and raw material supply.
4. Make sure smooth production among different sections. Daily management work on production floor.
5. Call regular production meetings to solve any issues.
6. Determine work schedules and overtime, allocation of resources and which machines will run and resolves problems as they occur.
7. Organize and guide subordinates to follow up production plan, control the plan and ensure on time delivery.
8. Train production employees, ensure that all production employees understand the scope of their duties and have the necessary tools, equipment and knowledge to fulfill those duties.
9. Meet production goals while ensuring the quality of the outcome.

4. Good English skills both in writting and speaking.
