泰明斯电池（深圳）有限公司，成立于2007年9月13日，位于深圳市宝安区福永镇富尔达工业园，工厂面积22000平方米，是西班牙CEGASA集团旗下一家专业生产环保高效节能无汞碱锰电池的公司。工厂采用全自动生产线，于2008年3月试产成功，并投入正式运营。

Qualification of the Position
岗位任职资格

1.四年的自动化生产线维修，维护经验。能分析判断设备故障，采取正确有效的维修方法， 确保设备正常运转，降低停机率。
2.对标准机械零部件、液压、气动系统元件有一定认识，能熟练拆装。

3.机械技能扎实，会装配，能车，铣，钻，焊接更佳。有相关作业证（钳工证，焊接证，车工证等）优先考虑。
4.会看懂基本机械图纸, 能看懂简单英文资料更佳。
5.工作仔细，认真，有强的安全意识， 良好团队与合作精神。能倒班工作。
6.工作有条理性，能积极主动完成任务。
7.中技以上学历。
8.在碱性干电池行业做过更佳。

Responsibilities of the Position
岗位职责
1. Operate and run machine for daily produciton; 操作运行机器进行生产；
2. Reposible for the produciton quality control according to process control and quality standards;
根据工艺控制和品质要求控制产品生产质量；
3. Deal with machine mechanic problems of minor stops, process failure, break down and other issues;
处理机器小停机、工艺失效、机器故障以及其他机器问题；
4. Get the root cause of quality problem and solve it; 查找质量问题的根本原因，并予以解决；
5. Finish the produciton record, including hardcopy and register in computer; 完成生产报表记录；
6. Do daily CIL activity and finish PM tasks from engineer;完成日常清洁、检查、润滑工作以及PM任务；
7. Tooling and spare part maintenance; 备件与模具的维护管理；
8. People management of operators; 操作员工的人员管理；
8. Other task from superior; 上级交待的其他任务。
