At least 5 years experience in a similar position in an overseas trading environment, preferably Twill pants, and Cargo pants/shorts，Board Shorts, Fleece and Sports wear AND have factories resources, with strong ability to develop new factory in Fujian with competitive prices.
§ 有五年以上斜纹裤, 多袋裤, 沙滩裤，抓绒, 运动服装的跟单经验,有工厂资源,并具有很强的独立开发新工厂的能力。

§ Able to follow up/communicate with clients/factory, follow up with both parties to ensure orders are executed smoothly.
§ 能够积极地跟客户与工厂沟通跟进，顺利完成订单。

§ Sound knowledge of process quality control for garments.
§ 对服装整个质检过程有全面的认识.

§ Drive corrective actions and preventive plans for ensuring quality compliance.
§ 懂得采取相关的措施保证货物的质量.

§ Willingness to travel to factories to follow the production and physically inspect shipments (in-process as well as pre-shipment).
§ 能够到工厂检测货物质量(从生产到出货前)

§ Basic knowledge of modern quality control concept and tools.
§ 对现代质量管理概念的基本知识有一定的了解.

§ Hard working with an ability to work independently under pressure and strong command over languages (Mandarin/or Minnan/English would be a plus).
§工作努力, 能够承受一定的压力并独立完成工作, 懂/普通话/闽南语/英文更好。

§ Well organized, self motivated problem solver and team player with excellent interpretation skills with proficiency in MS-Office.
§ 有良好的组织能力, 处事能力,沟通能力以及团对精神, 和睦地与人相处, 能熟练使用office软件.
