Customer Service Clerk Internship 客服文员
Responsibilities and Duties (主要工作职责):
- General administrative, clerical and secretarial support;
- Custom services during project execution, such as filing, monitoring and recording project status, playing a role as coordinator between engineers and clients, and handling general inquiries, etc.;
- Coordination with other secretarial staff as necessary;
- Any other duties assigned by Operations Manager.
Entry Requirements (入职要求):
- 英语、文秘或相关专业；
- 具有扎实的专业技能、品学兼优；
- 具有较强的英语听、说、读、写技能；
- 具有较强的学习能力和进取精神；
- 具有较强的主动性、自律性和责任心；
- 具有较强的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
