职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Follow strictly the practice of the Quality assurance system
2. Develop and validate test method
3. Perform test according to the test standard/ method and maintain sample testing record accurate and timely
4. Operate the equipment and maintain it according to internal quality system
5. Perform calibration, maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment, if necessary
6. Take record of lab chemicals and consumables and report to leader timely.
7. Arrange the tests orderly and assure the tests to be finished in time
8. Perform other jobs assigned by project manager
Requirements:
1. College or Bachelor Degree holder in chemistry or highly relevant experience
2. At least 2 years working experience in chemical testing lab
3. Acquainted with testing procedures in at least one of the following fields:
(1) Footwear/ textile testing,
(2) Food contact articles testing,
(3) Toys testing,
(4) RoHS testing, and
(5) Hardline testing
4. Acquainted with good laboratory practices
5. Good understanding in quality and safety requirements in chemical laboratories
6. With hand on experiences in operating and maintaining at least one of the following types of instruments: (1) AAS, (2) ICP-OES, (3) UV-Vis Spectroscopy
7. Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese
8. Hardworking, self-motivated, and having a mind-set of team work
工作职责：
1. 严格遵从质量保证体系要求；
2. 开发新的测试方法；
3. 按照标准方法进行测试，准确及时地保存样品测试记录；
4. 按照内部质量体系要求操作和维护实验仪器；
5. 按需求进行仪器的日常校准、维护和维修；
6. 定期完成化学物和消费品使用记录并向领导汇报；
7. 安排测试流程，保证测试及时完成；
8. 完成领导安排的其他工作。
职位要求：
1. 化学相关专业，本科及以上学历或具有相关工作经验；
2. 具有2年以上化学实验室工作经验；
3. 至少熟悉以下其中一种测试流程：
(1) 鞋类/纺织品测试；
(2) 食品接触材料测试；
(3) 玩具测试；
(4) RoHS测试；
(5) 杂货测试。
4. 熟悉良好实验室规范要求；
5. 充分理解化学实验室质量安全体系；
6. 至少操作维护过以下其中一种实验仪器：(1) AAS; (2) ICP-OES; (3) UV-Vis.
7. 良好的中英文书写和表达能力；
8. 工作认真努力，具有创造性，具有良好的团队合作意识。
