Responsibilities - Coach and mentor leadership of International manufacturing sites and suppliers to successful implementation of the Company's Performance System to meet business needs. - Assist to improve manufacturing operations through influence and leadership - Coordinate and assist in verification and validation activities, conduct factory audit / product inspections - Identify, develop, and qualify design changes within existing product lines to drive performance improvement. - Organize and lead supplier including the determination of requirements and assurance of on-time completion. - Support complaint investigations, conduct failure analysis through complaint investigations and report findings to management. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other comparable engineering degree - Fluent in speaking and written English - Familiar with manufacturing measurement tools - Exposure to Lean/TPS through academic work and/or hands-on experience - Experience of working in a multinational organization and with varied cultures and adapt concepts and standards accordingly - Ability to solve problems using a scientific approach - Ability to lead in a team environment
