Requirements:

-University degree holder or above in related business or real estate discipline

-Minimum 10 years progressive project management experience leading complex project and at least 5 years' experience in China is essential

-Previous management or supervision of project controls / estimating / scheduling teams or activity

-Exposure to sizable tourism property development project management is preferred

-Result driven with proven track record in multi project management leadership

-Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

-Be familiar with PRC local rules and policies

-This is a position to be based in Guangdong Province or Beijing

Responsibilities:

-Overall project management strategic planning and control over the PRC region

-Assume full responsibility of real estate project overview, monitoring and control of the design delivery process

-Leadership of project teams and project progress through effective monitoring and reporting systems covering the entire property development life cycle and beyond

-Preparation of project briefs and facilities schedules

-Review designs at all stages of projects for conformity to brand standards

-Coordinate production of drawings or tender documentation

-Maintain day-to-day communication with key stakeholders throughout all project phases

-Relationship management and development with government bodies and external parties and vendors
