职位描述
Good in English in speaking and writing.
Able to communicate effectively with all relevant team members in allocated locations and with colleagues in Europe.
Ability to work in a multinational environment with persons of different nationalities.
Knowledge and preferably experience of Textiles manufacturing process techniques (knitting, weaving, dyeing and sewing).
Experience in Intimate Apparel and product knowledge would be great but not mandatory.
Knowledge in Quality Control system and Quality tools like control reports and problem solving.
Knowledge in audit plan (AQL sampling plans specifically Military Standards).
PC and Internet Literacy but not mandatory.Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Executes the overall quality strategy to determine, investigate, and resolve quality issues.
2. Works closely with clients and internal business units to resolve any quality issues.
3. Communicates recommended solutions to quality issues encountered with QM Manager.
4. Processes data from various related sources to evaluate quality.
5. Manages and coordinates Sales and Warranty Claims with QM and Asia Sales Department.
6. Responsible for scheduling and tracking 8D report, Rework, Green Sheets etc.
Qualifications:
? Preferably graduate of any Engineering course or its equivalent
? At least 2 years work experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance in a metal / automotive parts manufacturing Company is an edge
? Familiar with 7 QC Tools ( flow chat, run chart, pareto chart, cause effect / Ishikawa diagram, histogram, control chart, process capability), 8 Disciplines in Problem Solving, Total Quality Management (TQM), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and ISO 9001
? Background in BAAN or SAP is an added advantage
? Possesses excellent communication skills in both oral and written English with CET 6
