Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for data collecting, data input, system maintenance and meeting report;
2. Good connection with brokers, researchers and landlords;
3. Weekly conference call with global subsidiaries;
4. Assist Tenant Strategies & Solutions department’s daily work.


Requirements
1. Bachelor degree, major in real estate, English or relevant subject is preferred;
2. Good reading and writing skill in English is must;
3. Stable enough and have long team plan in Real Estate industry;
4. Patience and good communication skill.
