General Purpose:

- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests

about company products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Deal directly with customers electronically and might sometimes required to deal over the phone;

- Able to communicate clearly both written and speech;

- Able to suggest improvements to the various communications by the company (e.g. Website, FAQ etc.);

- Resolves customer requests, queries, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to

determine best use of resources;

- Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments;

- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions (e.g. Inquiries, comments, complaints & actions taken);

- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments;

- Any additional tasks as assigned by superior or HOD;

- Interpersonal skills/Customer Service orientation;

- Communication skills - verbal and written;

- Listening skills/Adaptability;

- Problem analysis and problem-solving/Stress tolerance;

- Attention to detail and accuracy/initiative.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any Business Related course;

- Excellent communication skills both oral & written Chinese and English;

- At least 2 years of solid relevant experience;

- Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices;

- Knowledge of relevant computer applications;

- Able to work on Public Holidays /Weekends and or as required;

- Able to work on shift duties as requested by HODs.
