岗位职责：
1.参与制定并实施生产战略规划；
2.制定年度生产计划,进行生产调度、管理和控制；
3.即时掌握生产动态，做好与技术、营销、财务部门的横向联系，协调各部门间的沟通与合作；
3.对生产计划、物料管理、品质管理、班组建设、安装管理等具有相应知识及实操能力
4.组织、落实、监督调控新技术、新工艺、新设备的应用推广及生产过程各项指标、设备配置及生产计划安排；
5.及时解决生产中出现的问题，特别是生产运营过程中的重大问题及难题；
6.不断优化和完善生产流程，提高生产效率、提高产品质量、降低生产成本；
6.负责培养、激励和领导下属管理团队；
7.督促相关部门进行生产、质控、储运等工作，并激励其工作绩效。

管理或相关专业专科以上学历

具备管理学、财务管理、企业运营管理、生产作业管理等知识方面的培训。

10年以上手机或电子通讯类生产制造企业高层管理工作经验，有3G手机经验优先考虑。

技能技巧：　　　　　
熟练使用办公软件和SAP系统。

Founded in 2003, G'Five target to be the first international consumer electronic product brand leveraging on mature supply chain system in China. G'Five focus on the international market, especially emerging markets, and our products are mainly sold in South Asia, Southeast Asia, Middle-east, Africa, and South America.

G'Five started with mobile handset as the main product.
