职位描述：

1、参与技术难题攻关，系统性能、安全问题的处理；

2、参与重大项目的架构设计和核心模块代码编码；

3、审核开发人员的代码质量，书写技术文档和制定开发规范；

4、系统性能优化，安全加固，保证系统安全、稳定、快速运行。

工作职责：

1、负责公司软件开发的技术选型、架构搭建；

2、负责设计和搭建软件开发项目系统架构（平台、数据库、接口和应用架构等），解决开发中各种系统架构问题；

3、负责软件系统平台核心功能模块设计、核心代码开发；

4、负责技术解决方案的编制工作，并能够将解决方案清晰的传达给客户和项目组成员；

5. 负责组织技术架构、解决方案的评审；

6. 主导项目关键技术问题的攻关，协助项目管理对技术问题进行跟进；

7、对开发团队进行技术指导和培训。

任职要求：

1、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历；

2、精通JAVA，2年以上jee开发工作经验；

3、熟练掌握J2EE体系结构，精通JSP，Servlet，Struts2，Spring，Hibernate Ibatis；

4、熟练使用MySql数据库；

5、熟悉ajax，xml，javascript，css等技术，熟练掌握jquery；

6、熟练apache、weblogic等应用服务器；

7、有移动互联网开发经验者优先；
