岗位职责：
1、负责公司系列网站针对搜索引擎优化工作的规划与执行；
2、制定公司网站SEO与SEM战略目标、技术实施规范；
3、建立并且管理公司网络运营团队，带领团队进行全站SEO工作，完成SEO项目；
4、熟练掌握项目管理技巧，能分析，考核，督导团队及第三方的网络营销方案及实施。

岗位要求
1、学历：大专以上
2、专业要求：不限 （电子商务及计算机专业优先）
3、年龄要求：26岁以上
4、总工作年限：5年以上

任职资格的具体描述：
1、3年以上营销型网站工作及团队管理的经验、目前担任主管级别或以上岗位。
2、精通SEO原理及策略，具备相关业务技能，并有成功案例；
3、精通Google, Baidu和Yahoo等排名机制和优化原则；
4、具备较强市场感知能力及快速反应；
5、出色的人际沟通、团队建设能力、组织开拓能力。
