Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for recruitment, preliminary, recruitment, attendance, labor employment and so on.
2.Regulate the recruitment process, to open up recruitment channels;
3.Data administration: setting up local HR filing system; Maintain GV HR system (SAP), ensure data accuracy and update info
for HR reporting
4.Benefits and payroll administration: Compile payroll data and prepare monthly staff payroll accurately and efficiently;
5.Training: organize orientation programs for location new hires.
6. Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department.


Requirements:

1. College with major in human resources, psychology, English linguistics or related disciplines.
2. 3 years+ HR experience with manufacturing exposure in recruitment/ training/ data administration/ labor management;
Familiar with SAP HR system is preferred;
3. Carefully and has high responsibility and ethics;
4. Good communication skills, team spirit, pressure endurance, and a keen learner.
5. Fluent English skills, oral and written.
6. Good Microsoft Office skills.
