岗位职责：
1、负责太阳能手提灯，太阳能充电器的研发；
2、负责内部研发调研分析，并实施培训项目与评估；
3、进行对已有太阳能产品的优化完善；
4、协助部门做好内部研发人员是的培养和管理；

任职要求：
1. 电子类相关专业大专以上学历
2. 从事太阳能或者电子研发工作2年以上
3. 具有较强的工作责任心和独立开发能力，研发能力强
