工作职责：

1、协助RPO项目经理，开展相关招聘工作；

2、依据客户需求，协助上级筛选合适人才；

3、收集候选人的职业发展需求，并向候选人介绍、推荐合适岗位；

4、不定期将与候选人沟通信息反馈给上级，并向上级推荐合适人才；

5、协助上级跟进项目进程，如招聘专场。

任职条件：

1、大专及以上学历，有意在人力资源领域长期发展者优先；

2、每周工作3-5天（不含周末），男女不限；

3、大三或大四学生均可，专业不限，

4、具有优秀的学习能力，沟通能力、协调能力优先；

5、做事认真细致，具备良好的团队合作意识；
