Main Responsibilities: 主要工作职责：

l Supervise daily job of inspector, monitor and guarantee daily operation goes smoothly

l Provide guidance and instructions to coordinators during daily operation

l Inspection order review and follow up

l Provide Man-day quantity and review quotation

l Cooperate with scheduler to assign some jobs

l Review inspection report and other files included in handling kit, e.g. cost log, cover sheet, JCS, COC, raw data sheet etc.

l Inspector briefing/debriefing

l Control/check inspector trip expense

l Monitor inspector's performance

l In charge of junior inspector training

l Conduct mystery inspection, on-site supervision and factory visit

l Participate COP/IFI/protocol initial and updating.

l Answer technical/operational related enquiry

l Meeting with the client/factory/vendor assigned by manager with technical support if needed

l Perform any other job assigned by manager

l Follow up CAPA, CCR, internal audit and other related issues.

l Team integrity governor

Key Requirements 关键要求：

l Bachelor degree, majored in relative industry or other technical discipline, knowledge in inspection or relative products is preferred

l Above 2-3 years manufacturing experience

l Be familiar with inspection system and QC tools

l Good communication skill

l Good command of English, especially written

l Sound PC skills

l Integrity and high sense of responsibilities

l People management skill

l Team leader or take supervisor role for more than 2 years is preferred
