-For our Industry Sector in GUANGZHOU,we are looking for a (SFAE)西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司 服务助理 Service Assistant 工作地:广州.

What are my responsibilities?

1.To handle the service request from call center, and inform related staff.

-Service-related spare parts checking.

2.To collect and file service reports, service orders and transfer the documents to order processor . For orders from Siemens oversees, feedback service reports.

3.Input the information of customer, service, spare parts into SAP system; monthly statistics and analysis and submit report to Service Manager.

4.Support Commercial and Team Leader to check WIP.

5.Quotation for service spare parts and repair order

- Report for service business

6.Other tasks from management

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1 Bachlor or above

2 Technical background will be better

3 Good English in oral and written

4 Good Working method skill like(word,excel,ppt etc)

5.Be familiar with SAP operation

What else do I need to know?

-Automation & Drive knowledge
