JOB PURPOSE:

To increase sales for assigned budget and develop new accounts with the team

1. Leading the regional team to Meet or exceed sales target and company objectives.

2. Manage, maintain and grow customer base in assigned region.

3. Develop a clear understanding of customer business: products, services and organization

4. Drive & follow-up on all RFQs and demand creation activities.

5. Identify and involve all Registration Parts in bidding RFQ.

6. Negotiate and close business with customer.

7. Meet commitments made and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

8. Communicate on an on-going basis with Inside Sales to ensure Customer Profile and all activities information is updated.

9. Work with the TSM team as needed to ensure Future maximize design efforts in those customers that have design engineers.

10. Review RFQ’s from customers and manage customer expectation based on the information available from the quote request.

11. Work closely with marketing to ensure all relevant criteria have been considered prior to issuing a quote.

QUALIFICATIONS

v University graduated in sales related subjects

v At least 5 years of experience in sales. ( with Lighting market experience is preferred)
