职位描述
Accountabilities:
1.Manage the implementation process for new accounts to ensure customer requirements are met.
2.Manage the activities for New Product Introduction with the NPI Team.
3.Interface with the customer and assigned Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
4.Liaise with customers and EPM departments to ensure resolution of issues.
5.Accountable for customer reporting requirements.
6.Knowledgeable in area of ERP, Production floor, ECN process, and EMS industry.
7.Participate in Development/Implementation of changes to the business support structure to meet new requirements.
8.Lead account manager responsibilities for select strategic accounts.
9.Management of Account Managers staff in Hong Kong and Shenzhen to ensure they are successful at fulfilling their responsibilities.
10.Monitor customer orders with Account Managers to ensure on time delivery and the sales budgets are met.
11.Ensure that customer forecasts are received per contract agreements.
12.Ensure staff has met training requirements.
13.Participate in cost analysis activities.
14.Member of management team.
Qualification:
1. Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
2. Working knowledge in electronics and contract manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in Computer literacy including MS Office.
4. Team player attitude.
5. Working knowledge of ERP systems.
6. Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.?
7. Fluent in written and Verbal communication skills in English and mandarin at a minimum.
8. Prior experience in management of staff in multiple locations.
9. Ability to travel within Asia and globally as required.
