Responsibilities:
1.To plan, organize, direct and control the overall supply chain activities
2.To maintain a mutually productive business relationship with supplier(s) through prompt and accurate communication
3.To negotiate optimum material & services contracts, including terms and conditions.
4.Ensure part escalations from teams are addressed to maintain continuity of supply.
5.Manage inventory investment and Inventory Liability and supporting Purchasing Team processes
6.Ensure that Purchasing Team executes the inventory replenishment process effectively and efficiently.
7.Conduct Quarterly Business Review with key suppliers.
8.Monitor PPV and report to management
9.Lead in global quotation process
10.Manage customer inventory reporting requirements
11.Ensure staff has met training requirements and utilizes all tools available to them
12.Work closely with the various departments within the company

Requirements:
1.Working knowledge of electronics and contract manufacturing industry
2.Prior experience in management of staff in multiple locations
3.Ability to travel within Asia and Globally as required
4.Established relationships with electronic supply chain leaders in Asia
5.Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin at a minimum
6.Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
7.Strong organizational and negotiating skills
8.Working knowledge of MRP and ERP systems
9.Excellent time management skills
