DUTY SUMMARY
The Business Development Manager works as an Individual Contributor & Hunter with direct work experience in the BPO solution.
? The Business Development Manager is directly responsible for identifying, contacting, qualifying and developing viable new accounts with the defined territory. This can be an opportunity for an experienced B2B solution sales person / account manager or for someone with strong domain knowledge with an interest in selling the Outsourcing solution

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
? Manage the prospecting plan development and execution for new accounts.
? Manage the communication and internal coordination of PCCW Teleservices’s sales support infrastructure (sales support, operations, and executive team) to ensure customer satisfaction
? Responsible for the development, execution and delivery of quality solution focused, client presentations at a "Director/managerial" level.
? Create awareness and demand for company solutions.
? Establish an aggressive account strategy for complex solutions to develop a continuous, healthy and transparency sales pipeline of new accounts
? Accelerate the sale process: generate leads, pricing and managing the quote process, "quarterbacking" the proposal development and successfully install the service offerings
? Work collaboratively with all functional peers (Operations, Legal, Marketing, Professional Services, Finance) to ensure a smooth transition from prospect status to client status

QUALIFICATION
? University degree or above. A master’s degree is a plus.
?? 4 – 8 years Sales or Account Management experience OR strong domain knowledge of BPO solutions such as: Finance & Accounting, HR Payroll & Benefits, Document Capture & Processing, Marketing & PR services, E-commerce & Internet Marketing, Procurement & Supply Chain or ideally, CRM & Contact Center applications
?? A proven track record for selling complex solutions and services at the “Business Head” and "Director/managerial" level
?? Exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers
?? Proven talent for making effective cold calls to target companies
?? Proven expertise in developing relationships from a cold call or networking activity highly preferred
?? Innovative, Think out-of-the-box, Strong analytical skills and Sharp business acumen
?? Independent, Entrepreneurship Spirit, Hands-on "roll-up the sleeves" working mentality and “Can-Do” attitude with minimum supervision to accomplish business assignments and targets on the timely fashion
? Highly preferably with someone who has valid client key contacts or industry expertise which benefits the development of sales pipelines.
?? Comfortable with frequent domestic business travels (40%-70% approximately within a year) in Greater China Region
?? Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required in Mandarin and English. Cantonese and/or local dialects is a plus.
? Familiar with Salesforce.com CRM application is the big plus
? Experience in International project management and Cross-culture working environment would be an asset。
