职位描述
? Supports Trading & Non-trading functions of GBM, GCB. Performs analytical, technical, and administrative work in installing and supporting new and existing personal computer equipment and software under moderate supervision.
? Consults with end users, typically in face-to-face first call resolution, to determine optimal configuration of equipment and applications.
? Installs new hardware, software, and maintains existing hardware.
? Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
? Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action and ensures problem resolution meets SLA.
? Should have increased awareness and exposure to basic technical principles, concepts and techniques.
? Maintains regional standardization on system environment and process.
? Delivers technical infrastructure support and expertise to end-user and project.
Job Requirement
? Degree in Computer Science or related field
? Minimum 3 years experience in end-user or project support
? Self-initiated, teamwork and service-oriented with good communication skills
? Be proactive and willing to work under challenge
? Experience of working for foreign multinational Finance Company/Bank will be advantage
? Good command of written and spoken English
