1、模具或机械相关专业，2年以上冲压或模具设计工作经验；
2、熟练掌握冲压工艺作业流程、冲压工艺编制和调试；
3、具有五金材料、模具钢材、模具结构、冲压设备及周边设备知识，具有较强的分析、处理模具异常能力；
4、具备良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力。
