任职资格：

1、大专以上学历；

2、两年以上相关人力资源工作经验；

3、熟悉人力资源各项事务的工作流程，精通其中某两个模块；

4、能熟练操作常用办公软件；

5、沟通、协调能力良好；

6、英语水平良好，能用英语进行简单的沟通及交流。

工作职责：
1、招聘管理工作，根据现有编制及业务发展要求执行招聘、甄选、面试等程序工作；
2、人力资源管理制度的制订、修正工作；
3、员工培训的开展、并能胜任培训讲师的角色；
4、员工关系管理：开展员工的离职面谈及座谈会；
5、绩效考评数据的统计、分析；
6、其它与人事行政相关的工作。
