Responsibility (Details of major and minor job duties)

1. Oversee and lead a department of 30 to 40 technical staff to ensure smooth operations of backend network, systems and management information system;

2. Study and review disaster recovery plan, ensure network stability and achieve high reliability;

3. Perform technology planning to introduce new products and services to meet business needs;

4. Keep abreast of latest market and technology trends and make timely recommendations to senior management;

5. Manage and oversee the team to deliver the professional provisioning and technical support services to corporate customers encompassing on-site installation & maintenance, 24x7 network service troubleshooting and data center operations;

6. Lead to review and revise internal procedures and workflows in an on-going basis to support business expansion and market growth, maximize efficiency and ensure excellent cooperation of different teams involving in networking technical services;

7. Lead the design and enhancement of in-house operation support system development project;

8. Foster department culture of excellent teamwork and customer satisfaction to domestic and regional customers;

Requirement (Qualification, working experience, essential skills, etc)

1. Bachelor's Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines;

2. 5-8 years working experience in Internet & telecommunication job with at least 4 years in senior position in telecom or ISP operation;

3. In-depth knowledge of IP and communication application plus IDC is a must;

4. Good knowledge with hands-on experience in sizeable company;

5. Strong in people management and project management;

6. A team player with strong leadership, excellent planning and organizational abilities;

7. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
