职位描述
岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，英文能力良好；3年以上相关工作经验；
2、熟悉Citrix XenApp，XenDesktop，XenServer技术，有安装配置经验，有CCA认证优先；
3、熟悉TCP/IP协议，熟悉路由、交换、防火墙、VPN等网络技术；例如： 2&3层协议，如 TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, OSPF and BGP ，有网络安全方面的技能,如：IPSEC, PPTP, SSL, NAT, PAT and Firewall；
4、熟悉基于Linux的系统开发，熟练运营Linux和Windows环境下的环境配置，软件配置；
5、具备良好的文档编写能力和较好的交流能力；
6、高度的责任心、进取心和学习能力，能承受压力，能够很快掌握新技术；
7、熟练备份/恢复/负载平衡，性能调优，数据库监控和故障排除等技能。
岗位职责：
1、认真贯彻执行公司管理规定；
2、与客户沟通，分析、挖掘客户需求，根据客户需求提交方案建议书；
3、负责网络相关项目的实施、培训等工作；
4、掌握公司所销售产品的安装、调试等相关知识；
5、完善公司技术服务体系，交付技术标准服务、管理技术问题库，为客户提供技术方案、服务方案和技术响应方案等服务；
6、编写/更新产品技术手册。
