职位描述
职责:
1。作为一个强大的业务合作伙伴提供有效的人力资源服务业务领导人在招聘、员工咨询、员工关系、绩效管理在一个公平、有效、可靠的方式向内部客户的公司。
2。与业务伙伴的紧密合作,提供人力资源定期分析,监督管理的问题,潜在沟通在问题解决。
3。协助人力资源管理来实现新政策和程序以确保一致性和效率根据区域指令。
4。协助人力资源管理人力资源的重组或协调项目和程序,确保所有的程序都在日程上加工质量好。
5。与人力资源管理工作,以确保公司符合当地的劳动法规在人力资源管理功能。
6。与人力资源管理工作,便于与区域中心城市的优点和其他人力资源个基点,以确保良好的共同努力。
要求:
1。工商管理专业的学士学位,人力资源或相关字段(或相关经验的结合)要求
2。通常需要5年的人力资源经验,尤其是在快节奏的跨国公司。
3。优秀的写作和沟通技巧,都用英语和普通话
4。良好的规划和分析能力与证明项目实施的能力
5。听起来熟悉相关劳动法律和有关规定
6。声音计算机与办公软件。
Responsibilities:
1. Work as a strong business partner to provide effective HR service to Business lines leaders in Recruitment, Staff Counseling, Employee relationships, and Performance management in an equitable, effective and responsive manner to internal clients of the Company.
2. Work closely with business partner to provide HR regular analysis, oversee potential management problem and well communication on problem solving.
3. Assist HRM to implement new policy & procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency under regional instructions.
4. Assist HRM the re-structure or harmonization of HR projects and programs, and ensure all programs are processed on schedule with good quality.
5. Work with HRM to ensure that Company is in compliance with the local labor laws in the HR management function.
6. Work with HRM to facilitate with regional Centers of Excellence and other city HR BPs to ensure good joint efforts.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other relevant fields (or equivalent combination of experience) required
2. Generally requires 5 years' human resources experience, preferably in the fast paced MNC.
3. Excellent writing and communication skills, both in English and Mandarin
4. Good planning and analytical skills with proven project implementation ability
5. Sound Knowledge of relevant labor laws and related regulations
6. Sound computer skills with MS office software
