职位描述
职责:
1,负责人力资本效能的亚太植物
2,负责分公司人力资源活动,包括招聘、培训、绩效管理、薪酬和福利、员工关系,确保实现适当的人力资源政策,吸引、保留和发展员工。
3,密切配合,线来确定结构及人力配置有效和高效。
4,负责人力资源操作效率和有效性
5,遵守劳动法,当地法规
要求
本科或以上,MBA加上。
至少8年工作经验的人力资源
至少3年以上的人员管理经验
从跨国公司人力资源通才是+
经验是+竞争力基础的人力资源系统
具有良好的英语听说读写能力
Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for human capital effectiveness of Asia Pacific Plant
2、Be responsible for branch HR activities incl. recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations to ensure the implementation of appropriate human resources policies to attract, retain and develop staff .
3、Closely work with line to be sure the structure and manpower allocation effective and efficient.
4、Responsible for HR operational efficiency & effectiveness
5、Compliance to labor law, local regulation
Requirement
Bachelor degree or above, MBA is plus.
At least 8years working experience in HR field
At least 3 years experience in people management experiences
HR generalist from multinationals is plus
Experience in competency based HR system is plus
Good written and spoken English
