Description


1.Responsible for deliverables of assigned projects including retouching & color correction.
2.Manage daily activities of post-production team.
3.Maintain production of a high volume of images under very tight deadlines.
4.Provide technical insight to Project Manager as needed, such as suggesting more efficient methods of handling a certain task. Collaborate with Photographer and Project Manager ensure an efficient workflow to meet deadline.
5.Build and maintain relationship with clients.
6.Maintain open and clear communication with Project Manager.
7.Collaborate with Project Manager to track project status for management.
8.Knowledge of the production process, color management and experience working in an ICC profiled workflow.
9.Ability to multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


Requirements


1.Mastery of Photoshop, Raw-Output workflows and up-to-date techniques for high-quality photography
2.8+ years experience in retouching in a high volume production environment
3.Ability to organize and understand highly complex psds based off asset briefs and order guides
4.Excellent traditional art skills
5.A track record of successful projects
6.Verbal and written communication skills
7.Proven pro-active team player
8.Self motivated with ability to prioritize and attention to detail
9.Ability to react and respond quickly to the needs of management and clients
10.Ability to work very quickly without sacrificing overall image quality
11.Strong organizational skills are a must
