Our Corporate Tax team has a diverse client base and our purpose is to help businesses manage their tax liabilities through helping ensure that their activities are undertaken in a tax efficient way.

Staffs are allocated to specific client teams and one-off assignments on a project by project basis taking into account the level of experience required, development needs and availability. Project and client teams are typically cross discipline and we advise on China business taxes, foreign enterprise and enterprise income taxes, stamp duty and VAT. We also advise on the tax implications of restructuring, M&A, and conduct tax due diligence.


Responsibilities
？ Meeting translation between Japanese and Chinese;
？ Live simultaneous interpretation;
？ Written translation for articles and reports;
？ To ensure the quality of simultaneous interpretation, to be precise, smooth, polite, and customer satisfaction;
？ Can adapt to travel between Shenzhen and Guangzhou

Qualifications:

？ Degree holder in Japanese
？ Passed First-level of The Japanese-Language Proficiency Test
？ At least 3 years (3-5years) Japanese translation experience
？ Good pronunciation ability, expression fluently in Japanese
？ Familiar with Japanese culture and business, able to accurately express the meaning
？ Familiar with finance, economics would be a high advantage
？ Familiar with office software
？ Excellent communication skills, good emergency-dealing ability

? 熟练掌握办公软件的使用
? 有很好的沟通能力和处理突发事件的应变能力
