Electrical Engineer

Job description:

• Main responsibilities are managing the design, development and deployment of test tools and automated manufacturing test equipment for design verification and production testing
• Duties include product roadmap review, schedule and budget development, equipment capacity calculations, managing and developing vendors, design brainstorming and reviews, risk assessments and mitigation planning, coordinating with factory resources, managing equipment imports and transfers and program status reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• BSEE, BSET degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years design of complex electro-mechanical components and/or systems
• 5+ years designing/trouble shooting manufacturing test equipment.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics
• Basic understanding of RF electronics.
• Experience with the high volume production factory environment
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) allowing face to face and phone collaboration with American counterparts
• Can work independently and in a self directed manner
