Senior Software Project Manager(赴Philips)
Job description:

Direct and manage software project development from beginning to end.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Assist Software Director to modify the current process, and define a better effective way to manage suppliers include ODM, design house, SW develop suppliers.
Define the process and drive ODM process improvement


Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in computer science or other related discipline
8-10 years working experience
Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, basic English is required
Strong SW Project management background
Rich process experience and good initiative ideas
Vendor management experience is preferred
