◆ 具有大专（含大专）以上学历，受过相关品管知识培训熟悉塑胶，模具，五金加工工艺。
◆3年以上塑胶QE工作经验，熟悉塑胶、五金、喷油生产工艺流程及行业品质标准，并能从产品的结构、配合特性、尺寸状况、材料及工艺方法等方面对产品的质量状态进行掌控，同时制订相应的纠正和预防措施以有效地控制产品的质量状况
◆熟悉新产品开发流程和主要客户PTP测试方法
◆具有解决开发过程中产生的质量问题的技巧和方法。
◆熟悉塑料包装制品行业生产流程和作业程序及产品的检验标准和检验流程
◆具有良好的品质控制管理知识及应用经验
◆熟悉ISO体系及QC控制流程。
◆分析品质控制状况，参与质量事故的立案、分析，改善、追踪的验证
◆熟悉TS16949质量管理体系标准及供应商管理；并熟悉汽车五大工具优先。
