1. 3年以上的产品设计及生产跟进经验，对生产流程及设计流程熟悉。尤其熟悉汽车配件的制造者优(底盘系统，传动系统及发动机系统）。
2. 对五金及塑胶材料有深刻的认识，对不同材料的加工工艺熟悉。

3. 了解品质管控流程，对产品品质异常能够进行分析及提供方案解决。

4. 熟悉供应商评估流程及标准。

5. 英文读写流利者优先！

6. 能够适应出差及在压力下工作。

Key Responsibilities
? Develop, evaluate, improve and document manufacturing processes
Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments
Analyze manufacturing process flows continually to enhance quality, cost reduction and throughput
? Collaborate with configuration control and design engineering for product tooling & design to ensure effectual production methods
? Confer with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange equipment, parts, or material purchases; evaluate products according to quality standards and specifications
? Estimate staffing requirements, production times, and relative costs to provide data for operational decisions
? Cooperate with manufacturing departments to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for staff
? Design and develop manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes, and new products, and related fixtures and tooling that are consistent with zero defect level and low product cost
? Create and maintain accurate documentation of tool drawings, design concepts, shop orders, and concepts in accordance with the R&D and quality assurance functions
? Provide engineering support in production department to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
? Coordinate work with tool room personnel, assigned technicians, and outside vendors


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field; Master's degree in manufacturing-related engineering field is an added advantage
? Engineering experience in manufacturing equivalent field
? Knowledge of manufacturing concepts
? Ability to grasp modern technology quickly
? Strong communication skills
? Ability to prioritize multiple projects
? Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior
? High proficiency oral English required
