工作职责：
1.编制公司人力资源规划，经批准后实施
2.拟订公司组织架构和各部门职责、权限划分，组织职务说明书的编写，并经批准后实施
3.建立健全公司人力资源和行政规章制度，并负责行政人事事务流程的制定和完善
4.协调和指导本部门和各用人部门的人才招聘、员工培训、绩效考核、薪酬等工作的进行，确保公司人力资源的合理使用
5.制定员工培训计划，组织培训实施
6.企业文化的规划，促进及实施，策划公司团队的建设
7.人力资源和行政支出预算编制，成本控制。
8.负责组织公司员工招聘活动
9.人事资料及报表的检查、督办
10.负责组织办理公司员工人事变动事宜
11.负责劳动合同签订和管理工作，代表公司解决劳动争议、纠纷或进行劳动诉讼
12.组织制定公司绩效考核制度，定期进行员工考核
13.编制工资计划，审核各职能部门的资金或提成分配方案
14.建立公司人力资源管理信息系统，为公司重大人力资源管理决策提供参考
15.组织档案、文书、证章管理
16.组织员工证照、保险、福利、出勤等管理
17.组织文件草拟、下发、传阅、控制等管理
18.组织职能范围内所涉及设备、物资的购买、规划和维护等工作
19.公司内部各职能部门关系的协调与服务
20.组织公司内部、外部公共关系管理
21.完成管理层委派的其他工作
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理或其他相关专业
2.具有6年以上人事行政管理经验，4年以上部门经理经验
3.具备很强的独立工作能力和沟通技巧
4.熟悉中国及广东省劳动法律、法规
5.中英文说写流利，懂粤语最佳，英语四级以上
6.熟练使用MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint等常用办公软件
7.具备较强责任心，耐心细致、执行力强，富有亲和力
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement company HR strategy to meet the manpower needs.
2.Establish and implement company organization chart, each department’s function, their power and responsibility, each position description.
3.Establish and improve integrity policy and procedure of HR & Administration.
4.Conduct and coordinate the recruitment, staff training, performance appraisal and compensation designing with each department and ensure the effective usage of the company’s HR resources.
5.Make and organize the training plans.
Establish and implement company cultures, building for group teamwork.
6.Draft department expenditure budget and control the cost.
7.Organize staff recruitment.
8.Supervise and check personnel datum, report forms and related information.
9.Deal with the personnel variation, including promotion, dismission, etc.
10.Arrange and conduct the subscription of labor contract, handle the labor disputed, dissension or litigate.
11.Institute and implement procedure of evaluating performance, and assess regularly.
12.Draft out payment system, approve the commission allocation for functional department.
13.Establish HR management system, support useful information to make important HRM decision.
14.Manage related records, documents, badge
15.Manage staff’s files, social insurance, welfare, attendance and so on.
16.Documents control.
17.Purchase facility or materials function involved, make plan and maintenance them.
18.Assist and coordinate each functional department.
19.Administer public relationship management of the interior & exterior of the company.
20.Complete other relevant work required by GM
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
2.At least 6 years of HR and administration experience, 4 years as a manager
3.Strong independent working capability and strong communication skill
4.Well versed in PRC and Guangdong labor laws.
5.Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin, Cantonese is preferred，CET-4 or above
6.Thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
7.Conscientious, patient, careful and responsive, with pleasant personality

DME Mold Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of D-M-E in China mainland, is located in the Skyworth Inovation Vally. As the logistic and purchasing center in the Asian region, DME Mold Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. renders DME products, hot runner technology support and perfect pre-sale and after-sale solutions. At the same time, DME Mold Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is also the logistic center of DME in China which has a 700-square-meter end product warehouse accommodating the purchase and storage of about 14,000 DME standard mould components and hot runner system products. In the center, professional tests and standardized processing of mould components can be performed; it is also equipped with professional engineers and advanced standard mould testing equipment so that the company can supply diversified products to customers from various industries and meet their individualized needs to make sure that the quality of products are excellent and the needs of customers will be met.
