Job Description
- Conduct and support supplier audit activities.
- Follow up supplier corrective action and preventive action of factory audit failing points.
- Identify suppliers with performance issues, establish and execute improvement plans.
- Publish metrics and feedbacks on suppliers' performances for Monthly Business Reviews.
- Establish customized action plans to develop targeted suppliers to meet Bsourcing's requirements.
- Recommend supplier selection, development and de-selection strategies based on supplier performance
- Support suppliers on quality systems development.
- Support suppliers to improve and maintain effectiveness of their product realization processes
- Customer complaints follow-up, work together with supplier to identify the root cause, establish action plans, and feedback the result to customer.
- Publish product inspection criteria by category for inspector reference.
- Feedback and recommend improvements to Audit, Assessment, PSI audit and other toolsets.
- Training to supplier and QC members of product inspection criteria and other legal related to our products.
- Conduct quality tools training to suppliers under development.
- 3rd party service provider management.
Competencies/Quailifcation
- Good knowledge of ISO9001 and SA8000. Can lead the audit of quality system and social accountability.
- Good knowledge and experience on supplier quality management, product quality standard release, supplier quality improvement program.
- Proficient skills in various software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Good data analysis capability and presentation skill.
- Training capability to supplier and QC members
- Excellent command of the English and Chinese language (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret and communicate regarding common technical datasheet, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
- Faster learner.
- Can work under high pressure.
- More than 3 years supplier quality management working experience in at least one of below fields. Furniture, Sofa, Household product, home appliance, lighting, building decoration material etc.
- ISO9001 certified auditor is prefer
- Must be willing to travel domestically and/or internationally, up to 70%.
