Responsibilities
1. Perform daily shipment and release function;
2. Follow up AR collection with the customers and its related tasks;
3. Perform daily receipts posting, system update and related tasks;
4. Send statement of accounts to the customers on a regular basis;
5. Assist on ad hoc projects assigned by the superior.

Working Experience:
1. University graduate in Business, Finance or Accounting is preferred;
2. Minimum 2 years experience in credit control in a MNC environment is preferred;
3. Previous experience in manufacturing industry and shipment release exposure would be an advantage;
4. Must be able to communicate effectively with the local and overseas teams.
5. Exposure in multinational firms is preferred

Skills & Knowledge
1. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is a MUST;
2. With credit and collections knowledge and sense;
3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
