Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with various divisions and business partners to make sure local teams to follow Global standard operating procedures & processes.
- Help the department managers to drive the processes & new projects, coordinate training programs.
- Support Sourcing teams to analyze business data & provide tracking and KPI report.
- Facilitate the events including Product Line Reviews, Vendor Forum etc.
- Organize database and implement documentation requirement.

Type of Experience:
- Experience in handling business data analysis, documentation & record management.
- Working experience in logistics operation or supply chain with US and European retailers is preferred.
- Solid quantitative skills, and experience with planning and forecasting.
- Ability to manipulate data using Excel is required; Experience with MS -Access is welcome.

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Technical training on MS Excel or other data analysis.
- English at CET level 4 or above is preferred.
