Job Description:
-Help QA manager to assure the quality management system is established and conform to ISO9001 requirements. Develop local work instructions and/or other documentation for quality function. Coordinate with other functions to assure the related local work instructions are developed by the cooresponding functions. Perform internal audits per the internal audit plan.
- Assure nonconforming material is quarantined and disposed in a timely manner. Coordinate MRB and update MRR, QC and CN database. So that can reduce the risk of misusing nonconforming material and keep proper quality records. This is measured by internal audit results.
- Develop control plan, inspection plan and/or inspection instructions, etc. for the product/process of the manufacturing projects to assure the launched projects achieve the quality objectives. This can be measured by the quality objectives assessment.
- Coordinate gages calibration to assure all gages being used are in good conditions. This is measured by internal audit results.
- Perform SPC, MSA, PPAP etc. for the product/process for which they are needed.
- Prepare the pictures and/or samples of the quality issues and coordinate to forward those information to the suppliers.

Requirements:
-BS in mechanical or related engineering.
-More than 5 years' experience in mechanical product/process quality control in an ISO9001/TS16949 Quality System etc.
- Experienced in PFMEA, Control Plan, and PPAP is perferred. Having SPC knowledge and practice is a plus.
- Good communication skills with customers and suppliers. Having suppler audit experience is a plus. - Experience in leading a small team of engineers and good coaching skills .
- Good English skill in reading and writing, speaking skill preferred .
