Purpose of this Job:
According to the product drawing to design excellent stamping die includuing to progressive die, single die, complex die, ?tracking tooling manufacture process and trial run, analysis FAI report, make decision of tool modification, providing tooling technology support for the new product development, help SUB make the high quality product.
Position Responsibilities:
1,Design tooling 2D drawing and 3D model by UG NX software, including to assembly drawing, make the tooling review meeting minutes, hold layout review meeting with SZ team and US team, make sure the excellent tooling solution for each stamping part.
2,Track tooling manufacture issue and modify tool after trial run, including to create BOM, follow up delivery date of raw material and standard components of tool.
3 Update tooling information on internal network and attend NPD meeting, include to verify trial run result, update design progress.
4, Provide the tooling quotation for any new product and new tooling components and the special tooling material.
5, Help toolmaker to understand tooling design key points and review the inspection report of key dimensions, focus on the "1st pass yield" .

Requirements:
1, Major in mechanical engineering or mold design
2, Over 6 years stamping die design experience, especially precision progressive die
3, Familiar with UG NX's Progressive Die Wizard and TeamCenter
4, Familiar with the tooling manufacture process include to wire cutting EDM Grinding, heat treatment
5, Familiar with stamping process, feeding roller opertion, single punch process
6, Familiar with the main properties of stamping material in common use
7, Familiar with the tooling material of stamping die, know to how to choose best material for each kind of product
