· Develop and execute creative ideas by using Flash or any other related software in answer to briefs’ and to effectively communicate and follow through on projects.

Key Responsibilities

· As Flash Designer you will be involved primarily in the development of Flash material but also in all stages of the creative process in order to ensure that effective creative ideas, solutions and flash executions are developed.

熟悉创意流程，能够全程参与Flash有关的创意制作。并完成不同客户及项目的Flash要求并有效率执行提案。

· Demonstrate good levels of communication, assist in the creation and development of Flash design and effectively manage day-to-day jobs.

善于沟通，娴熟于专业Flash知识与每日管理工作。

· Undertake projects as part of a team or individually.

能够与团队共同合作，亦能独立作业。

· Manage personal workload effectively to ensure an efficient turn around of creative work within agreed brief deadlines

擅长时间管理，保证工作效率并在指定时间内完成工作。

· You will report directly to your Team Leader for general day-to-day matters and to the Executive Creative Director on all issues regarding personnel, management and budget issues, and all matters surrounding the creative product including concepts, timings, and technical criteria.

向小组负责人报告日常创意工作，直接向ECD报告预算，管理及其他个人事宜，包含创意概念，时程及其他技术问题。

· Once project costs have been defined, it is your responsibility to ensure that creative work is produced within that budget (without compromising the creative product) and to the specifications required. Obviously, where budgets are threatened or need amendment, or technicalities cause issues it is the responsibility of the Flash Designer to alert the Team Leader and the Executive Creative Director.

能在预算内执行工作，确保创意质量，若预算上出现问题需要调整，需要第一时间告知负责人以及ECD

· To present work internally and externally and to support such work with a written or verbal creative rationale as appropriate.

对内对外均有提案能力，在口语及文字上能够适切表达创意概念。

· To develop the creative product from concept through to Flash development including briefing and overseeing any artwork and Flash production up to final client sign-off and delivery.

从听取简报到完成工作，全程参与创意过程，直到客户认可，交付工作。

· As Flash Designer you are responsible for timely and accurate production of creative work in accordance to the brief and the requests of the Team Leader and Executive Creative Director.

能够即时参与作业，并依小组领导人和ECD的要求作相应的修正。

· To ensure completed creative work is briefed on a timely and accurate basis with full details for production to account servicing, and any other relevant or related party to the job. You are also required to assist with the production and finalization of the creative product.

为保证创意工作能够在时程内正确交付，需与第三方密切合作，包括客户部，制作部等，协助制作部门完成最终成果。

· As Flash Designer you must liaise with all relevant parties in order to ensure that all digital work is delivered to the highest standards.

与所有合作方保持通畅联络，确保作品最佳质量。

· You are responsible for the timely and accurate filing and archiving of computer generated creative work. This will include management of space on your computer and the upkeep of your computer.

为确保工作的即时性与正确性，必须同时注意管理电脑空间并妥善维护。

· You must take part in as many of the communal activities as possible in order to maximise the quality of the creative product and the overall service that we provide to our clients and colleagues. These areas include brainstorms, meetings, client inductions, staff orientations and any others that may arise.

需积极参与共同活动，与客户或同事保持互动，包括创意风暴，参与会议，客户引导，新同事就职训练或其他必要活动。

· As Flash Designer, you must conduct your business in a professional and constructive manner, showing respect to your colleagues and the management of the agency.

· You are responsible for learning and developing your knowledge of Flash software and any other related computer software to ensure greater effectiveness and efficiencies.
