The AR Specialist position works within the A/R, credit and collections accounting team, and reports to a manager. You will be responsible for A/R, credit and collections management, including analysis of credit risk, and establishment of credit limits, and cash application. You will review daily sales orders and release orders for prompt resolution of accounts over the credit limit or past due, and to ensure action is taken timely to customers requested delivery date. You will also monitor customer accounts and communicate effectively to ensure timely payments.

Primary Responsibilities:

Monitors and reviews credit limit and payment information including credit card processing
Facilitates collections on customer accounts, identifies delinquent accounts, contacts customers for payment commitments
Review and release sales orders daily
Process cash applications

Qualifications and expertise:

Bachelor's in Accounting
2-5 years full cycle, high volume, high transaction Accounts Receivables experience
Invoicing and cash applications experience
Experience with account reconciliations
Experience with an ERP software package preferably Oracle
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Friendly, collaborative team player
Results-oriented, detailed and accurate

Fluent at oral & written English, direct report to overseas manager.
